Hi,
My Sony Xperia Neo L(MT25i) is not switching on. I tried the steps mentioned in this forum but still no luck.
While connected to wall charger or usb cable, the LED light is glowing in GREEN (constantly). But when I tried to switch it on by pressing power button, it's not switching on.
Please provide the suggestions.
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Do you get any reaction while holding down the ON/OFF button? A vibration or similar? Have you tried to remove the battery and insert it again?
If you do not receive any reaction and have tried the suggestion above, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service:

Download and install SUS at your PC, follow the instructions that appear.
If the problem persist, you should visit nearest service center so a technician can examine your unit. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Steps I did :
1> Taken out battery
2> Pressed the power button for 10 seconds
3> Placed the battery back
4> Charged for more than 1 hr(GREEN light was there constantly)
5> Tried to switched on....got a vibration and then GREEN light turned off. Phone still didnt switched on.
Please provide the solution.
Then I suggest that you try this software repair as I mentioned in my previous post. Otherwise, you should visit nearest service center. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed:

Hi,
I'm stuck at this step(image below). Still im holding the back key(step 4). After this nothing is happening.
Please advice to perform repair.
Now I'm seeing aan ORANGE light.
When you are at the step where you are going to connect your phone, make sure it's completely off by removing and then insert the battery without trying to power on the unit. You could also try different USB-ports and different USB-cables if possible.
If you still are unable to get to the next step, you might want to try another computer. Otherwise, I can only suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone examined.
