sony xperia neo L bluetooth crashes

Hi team,

could you please help me fix the bluetooth on my SONY XPERIA NEO L. I bought the phone about 15 days ago and now i m having problem in switching on the bluetooth.My phone is getting switched off automatically when i m trying to switch on the bluetooth.Help me and reply to the post as soon as possible.

Have you tried resetting the phone or repairing the software? If not, try it!

Hello Samuel,

I have the same problem with my neo L and I have done factory reset. It works well after reset.

But after 2 weeks, the same problem happened again.

So, My point is that I have to reset it again and I have to configure my phone as per my use again and again..

It is very irritating.

Please give me any other option to solve the problem or fix it because i dont want to reset my phone, and it took 2-3 days to reconfigure my phone.

Please give me another solution as soon as possible,

hello raaj,

i waz also having the same problem.but its solved now.u upgrade it to the new android version jelly bean as a software update of this fone z available.my problem z solved after upgrading it to jelly bean.
