sir when i turn on any services on my accessibility services the phone becomes unresponsive with very late touch detection etc. so sir plz tell me how to deal with this issue...

Do you experience the same problem if you start your phone in safe mode?

If the problem remains in safe mode I suggest that you update/repair your phone software using PC Companion:

sir the same problem in safe mode also and after re installing the software with pc companion the same problem plz help...

I suggest that you try to remove your SD card from the phone to see if that can interfere with the phone.
