Sony Xperia Miro touchscreen does not react

First i would excuse me that my englich are not so goog sorry, because im German 😕

My Touchscreen dont react of an contact of my fingers, i restart ma handy often but it doesnt help. 😕

Can anybody help?

It's not happened yet. My SIM card is out but I can not access my internal memory. It says that I need to unlock the SIM card so I can access the internal memory but what I can do now because of the touch screen is still not working. What can I do now?

Are you willing to try a software repair via sony update service?It will erase your phone memory.

Not really because of the internal memory are very important pictures 😕
I dont want to remove my internal memory 😕
