sony xperia miro restart problem

 I bought sony xperia miro almost 3 months ago at start i was very happy but after few days my happiness turned into dissappointment because it started to auto restart during calls but after that it restarted in almost every simple task sometimes it restarts even if the phone is not in use , i have bought a lot of mobiles before but my experience of xperia miro or sony is very bad , i have also given mobile in warranty claim but they refreshed it and returned back but still the issue is same yesterday i again gave the mobile for warranty claim but the response is same they say unless we dont see ourself ur mobile restart we cannot do anything , what a joke my phone doesnot restart on a fixed time it restarts randomly, how can i show them. it is very sad i bought this mobile i m very frustrated on my self because people told me not to buy sony i guess they were right ....... pls look into this matter urgently thanks .

Unfortunately it sounds like the phone will need to back in for further assessment. However it would be worth taking note of how frequently it happens so that the repair agent is more likely to replicate the fault.

My wife and and I both bought a miro in July. We both experienced the same problem, phones randomly restarting suddenly during call. We brought them back to warranty. My wife's phone : no problem found but it appeared again one week after the 'repair', phone exchange with new miro. Mine : firmware upgrade (useless because it was already up-to-date...), hope the problem will not come back, but not convinced though!...

I also have this phone and the same problem. Got it repaired 5 times,3 times by service center, they said its software problem and repair it, but to no avail. The problem is sony didn't know what's wrong with this phone. They just created this piece of garbage and they're done. Shame on their quality dept bcoz I didn't see any Samsung and HTC with kind of problem......disgusting.

no this problem i think from hardware or software base becouse i try evry thing with it and i did not find any thing 

i try custom rom much  all of them make restart very much almost when you fear your phone of your ear it restart at moment

but the stock rom it restart also but littel please tell us what the matter i live in egypt please
