Sony Xperia M4 aqua - SIM not working in certain countries

Hello,

Please help me with the following problem:
I received as a gift a Sony Xperia M4 aqua dual SIM; it was purchased in France and I use it in Germany.
I use it with a german, as firts, and a romanian SIM as second SIM.

Both SIM cards are working fine in France and Germany;

Either of the SIM cards worked in Peru and Ecuador during my holidays;
The Romanian SIM card is not working in Romania !!! crazy! it can't be a question of different frequency as we are in EU also in Romania and the German SIM works perfectly there in Roaming.
I checked the Romanian SIM in a difefrent phone and it worked perfectly.


What sould I do ?

please contact your network first to know about the roaming settings. it might be that they need to know that you are back to your home country to diable it.

check your network settings.

I tested the Romanian SIM in another telephone when I was in Romania. In other phones works perfectly in or outside of Romania.

Is there any other thing in my SONY Xperia M4 that blocks the SIM when I am in another country ?

I can't find anything on forums.
