SONY XPERIA M2 DUAL D2302 SIM CARD SLOT PROBLEM

Kindly note that i ha peurchased sony xperia m2 dual d2302 in the month of Oct-2014 from Jubail Suadi Arabia and now this phone does not read sim card an error diplayed of insert sim card.I went to sony customer service center in Jubail as per them this problem does not cover under warantee it will repair on chargable basis for 800 riyal.Hence i request you to help regarding this problem and get it attend the problem under wrantee or provide me its new sim card slot so it could be replace.Expecting help in this matter ASAP.

I have contacted many times to SONY by doing mail evem on phone in U.A.E and got answered that this type of problem does not coner under the wrarantee.I am very deeply grieved to hear this by you and perheps i have done mistake to purchase sony product.In future i will keep in mind thet i would not purchanse any product Because in case of problem in the product we do not get proper response by the local service center and then to customer care email id's.

I'm sorry to hear that but if you damaged the SIM card port it make sense that it wont be covered

I have sony Xperia M2 cell and since two days am facing problem that the sim 2 slot is not working. the same sim is working in sim 1 slot, please give me solution.
