Sony Xperia M keeps on restarting at logo

Hey guys i recently purchased the sony experia m it worked perfectly for a couple weeks then i decided to factory reset it because it was quite slow because of all aplications then it restarted and -it just got stuck at the logo then restarts-over and over again until the phones battery runs dead-please help im lost i tried to reset using power and down but it never goes into the boot recovery please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Connect to wall charger and push power button + volume UP hold it until phone vibrate then let it chargh for 2 hours

If its not work then try software repair via SUS

Hello! I sort of have the same problem. I tried to update using my computer to 15.4.A.0.23. My computer suddenly restarted for no reason during the update,it didn't even had the chance to fully update. And now I cannot turn it on, it's stuck at the Sony logo. What should I do now? Have you experienced the same problem? Thank you!
