when i turn on my phone it flases up with a baterly with bolt though it then turns off my phone is fully charged pls help me

Hi, 

It seems like you haven't pressed the power button long enough to start the device. Press and hold the power button up to 3 seconds. The device should vibrate to indicate that it's beginning to boot. 

If you still can't start the phone, try to remove the battery for a while and try to start it again.
