Sony Xperia Ion at keeps saying android.process.acore has stopped

I keep getting this message and I am unable to call out, recieve text messages, open applications, or use my wifi. Please help me, otherwise I will have to pay to get a new phone. I have only had this phone since May and paid nearly 300 dollars for it, so this will be a complete burden.

I think this error is related to synchronization, turn off all automatic sync.

Back up your contacts first. Uninstall softwares like Facebook,cos it sync with phone.

Now try to clear data from

Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts Sync Adapter and press Clear Data

Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts

or

Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts Storage

After restore contacts and install facebook, dont sync with FB.
