Sony Xperia E4 won't turn on or charge and won't connect to PC

My Sony Xperia E4 Dual won't open. The battery was drained to zero percent and it shut down but when I tried charging it the light is red and it keeps on vibrating and trying to open but only the Sony Xperia logo appears and then it shuts down again and this keeps on going. Also, for the last three days it won't connect to my PC. Please help me

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 -  3 hours > repair the phone with PCC
