Sony Xperia E3 Second SIM not getting detected

 Hi, 

I have recently purchased the Sony Xperia E3 Dual Sim Phone. It was working fine but from past few days it is not detecting the 2nd Sim. I have tried checking the sim card on another device and sim card seems to be working fine there. When I go to the dual sim settings, the dual sim reachability section is trying to connect and then getting shown as off. I have tried resetting the device to the factory mode but still the problem persists. Please help me with a possible solution of how to get this rectified on an urgent basis.

But before,have you tried to take out the SIM and put it back?
