Sony Xperia E Over Heating Problem

Hi,

I was purchased sony xperia E (C 1504) on 12-Dec-2013 Eve 6.30pm. After 30 min I was attaned some incomming call oly

on that time mobile seems over heating. I feel the some problem repeatly.

IMEI: 3555****8230952

So, call to customer care they give the ticket no. Then i went to Service centre (13-Dec-2013) 5.30 pm in Chennai ( Near in Appollo Hospital Greems Rd)

The people on that service centre very worst support . I was wait patient. Very long time they give the job sheet, 

they asked me, "We update the Software first" afer that you check and come back. I agreed and i came back on 14-Dec-2013.

But Still My Phone seems overheating what can i do please help me!

Could you please let us know if you get any error mesages about phone becoming too hot?

The phone has an built in thermal management application that will warn you if the phone becomes too warm.
