Help please!!! this doesn't work, no coverage all time, all day.

- The sim card is correctly recognised?

- Did you try another sim card (if possibile of another mobile network)?

I try everything i possibly know

Its not the SIM it works on other cellphones, sometimes i have signal but for far periods of time it goes away, for example when i am at the university or when i'm traveling by car or when i at my home.  It does not have the last update because at this region is not available for this phone
