Sony wont repair M2 under warranty

Had phone for under a yr when is started not to charge properly then finally gave up, would not even connect to pc,tried 3 other Sony Chargers[Charges other sony SP fine and connects to PC Software], Sent it to there repairers under warranty to recieve email its the screen and will cost  £60 to repair!!!

Untill an hour before i posted it,  with charge it had it was working fine! theres nothing wrong with screen,can for see legal action on this

and when sent was covered in bubble wrap and card by post office,to protect it !

Taking it to court un Sale of goods act, 3mm crack on digitizer, fed up with the merry go round, all i get is damage to screen wont work, dont seem to get, its there as it wont charge and is flat as a pancake! so wont switch on

If as you say, that it was packed well to avoid damage in transit to Sony and just needed charge port repairing the problem is Sony can't repair the phone if the screen don't work properly if at all as they wouldn't be able to guarantee the work/give a warranty or test it. I'm not defending Sony but sounds like the problem is with the courier/post service you used not Sony
