sony w395 equaliser problem!!!!!

hi all my fnds,

i have jusy bought sony w395 yesterday. while i m using music player the equaliser setting changed for every song....nd i have 2 reset it for every time.i tried lot of times but no use. can i corect tis problem with any software updates r it is not possible. pls help me in this as soon as possible........

There is no software update for the W395, but you can try a master reset; just remember to back up your phone.
