phone/tablet contains modified software that cannot be updated..

I had same problem with my xperia z2. I tried all the stes link updating pc software, usb drivers etc.. as mentioned in many blogs. At last I found a solution. The problem is my bootloader is unlocked. I did relocked it using flashtool and then tried to update the software. It worked perfectly fine!!! Give a try guys who have the same problem link mine........ :smileysmileythumbsup:

Hi @sumanto

Try to reinstall PC Companion.

If the bootloader has been unlocked and you´ll need to relock it so as to be able to update the Xperia device.
