Sony tipo dual silent problem

I have sony tipo dual form last 6 months and recently I am facing problem like once I silent my phone using down volume key and then... when I put it on ringing mode using up volume key and then when I try to make a call to any number then my phone going to silent mode automatically. Please help...

for resolving this problem I have to restart my phone and if I do it silent then problem again starts as it is. (I have updated my phone recently from Sony Service Center)

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.
