I have pixel problem in middle of the screen. When I play with black screen on mobile a small dot appears on the screen. I have reported same thing in service center they somehow tried to convince me but I don’t deserve it spent 20000/-(360$) on mobile why I need to compromise and manage with manufactured defect mobile finally they accepted to repair my mobile but they said it might take 30 days to rectify my problem which is not digestible.
Don’t know what’s wrong with Sony service center in India they will point everything that we have done something wrong with the mobile, I dint asked for mobile replacement asked them to repair my mobile and clear pixel problem finally decided to go with consumer court for my rights if my problem is not solved in time, recoded everything right from the purchase of product to work order id.
Everyone will develop product but what is the use of it if it is defected one. Hope I will get mobile soon.
So guys please be aware of pixel.
