Sony SBH-52 , second line

I use Samsung Note N7000 with Sony sbh52 one week and find some problems:
1. if, at the time when I talk to caller comes second call in headset i heard only two beeps (it spend about 2-3 seconds) . At this time (2-3 seconds) I did not hear caller at all. I always ask caller to repeat what he say when start second call.
Is it possible to solve problem ?
2. if, at the time when I talk to caller comes second call I continuous talking with first caller, in 1 - 2 minute I lost the hearing caller and caller lost the hearing me. But if i press button "Swith voice into phone" i can continue talking with caller.

Unfortunately you won't be able to hear the one you're talking to during the period of time the headset needs to notify something, like another incoming call. There's no other setting for this other than disable call waiting in the phone.

I have the same problem with Sony Smart Wireless Pro. MW1. Whenever I am on the line with someone and a 2nd call comes in, the conversation is interrupted with a "BEEP" and then it gets worst if the missed caller send a few more sms and the entire conversation is being interrupted with "beep" "beep" "beep".

Please provide a feature request to the firmware developer to allow users to "DISABLE" beeping notification. Or at least get the firmware developer to try using the products for a few months and see how you like to be BEEP at!

Its quite a good product but becomes unusable with the constant BEEPINGs!

Is really annoying and moreover is a useless notification,considering that when there is an incoming call you already have a notification in your line.

At least an on/off feature?
