sony pc companion dont find xperia go

sony pc comp gives the message "sony pc comp. needs updating"
the installed version is the latest but they recognize my xperia not go.

what is wrong?

Try to uninstall PC Companion, and then download and install the latest version from our web site.

tried that so many times,even the steps on the sony website, it still doesnt detect the phone, what else can i do?? please help

Is it not recognising the phone from the very beginning or is this at the last step of the update that you are having the problem?

On my case, its not recognising the phone now, it used to recognise my phone when plugged to a PC.
