Sony Mobile Replacement Policy

Hello.

A few months ago, I heard about the news that Sony Mobile announced about their device replacement policy.  And I forgot where I obtained that information, but for sure it was spread in an Xperia ray Indonesia group on facebook.  The policy tells that Sony Mobile will replace the xperia's machine (not the casing/backcover), if their device has not returned from the service center after one week.  And as what I remember, Sony announced this new policy due to many complaints about users not getting their devices returned even after one month.

So I'd like to ask you, can I see some sort of a prove about this policy?  Because I'd like to share this information with users of Xperia Community Indonesia on facebook.  There's someone there who doesn't get his xperia device returned even after 2 weeks.  And I'd like him to know about this.
