Sony Miro ST23i touchscreen frozen

Hello, I recently dropped my phone on holiday and there was a crack across the screen, however after this incident my phone was working as normal. But today my phone froze onto the lockscreen and it does this sometimes and then quickly unfreezes within a few minutes however today my phone was frozen onto the lockscreen for a whole day and my phone was on and whenever someone tried to call me it went straight to voicemail. I have tried removing the battery and leaving it for a couple minutes, same with the sim card and memory card. I have also tried charging it but it does the exact same thing, I can't even turn my phone off since the touchscreen won't work so I have to take the battery out.

Please can someone help me.
