Sony m4 aqua not find network operators

I bought a M4 aqua phone in an official shop and for days not find any network operator, I've reset to factory default  and can not find operator, the signal icon is empty always. i live at spain. thanks

did you purchased this phone brand new or is it used? was it locked to any carrier/network? did you flashed the phone (flashtool/xperifirm)? how old is the SIM card?

i purchased a new phone on december 2015, the phone is not locked, the sim card is from december 2015 also

So the SIM card was working? it just stopped working?

the sim is running ok in another device, i dont root the m4 aqua

my question it's not if you "rooted" the device but if you flashed it with Xperifirm or Flashtool

No, i didnt use this type of app. The device stop having signal suddenly

i have similar problem. cant login to network on 2G/3G. Only LTE is working.

Get a brand new SIM card and report back.

Not sim related, its working on another phone. Found that pushing top on phones back is solving this issue, probably faulty hardware.
