Sony J failed to detect the SD card after upgraded to 11.2.A.0.31

My Sony J phone failed to detect my SD card after upgraded to 11.2.A.0.31. Anyone encountered the same issue ?

I try to connect to PC and try to detect the SD card, but it is failed to detect as well !

Is this phone issue or virus attack ?

Any suggestions ? Thanks

OMG, I also made a very big mistake. I bought Sony Xperia J today and upgraded to software. After inserting the Micro sd 32GB (Class 10), it cannot be detected that external storage. So I put same sd card to my old HTC and working perfectly.

So Carphoneware house here we come to return the phone as I almost wasted more than 5 hours browsing the internet for a solution and couldnot found any.

Please give me any solution before 5.00 pm or else I am happily return this.

So "SONY" is no more top brand?????????

After browsing the internet there are lot of similar problems can be seen.

Ok tell me, Is there anyway to reverse to old version?

Sounds like there can be a faulty SD card. I suggest that if you get connected to phone or PC that you try to format the SD card. In phone go to settings > storage > erase SD card. If you get connected to the PC > right click on the SD card in the file explorer > format SD card.

Otherwise I suggest that you try with another SD card in your phone.
