Sony experia z3 compact

Hi i have just woke up and my phone was on charge on my bedside table. When lifting it i felt as if there was crumbs on the back of it but when i turned it round all off the back of the phone is shattered. Dont know why the only thing i can think of is overheating. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do. Thanks ann

Sony is now picking my phone up tomorrow so i am a happy lady

Back panel on mine cracked whilst left on the table, lost confidence in product as seems a common fault. I'd only been using it a few weeks want a refund but only repair offered and that's if they deem I haven't caused it 😞
