I was using PC companion to transfer pictures and videos to my PC but when I turned phone back on it has a white triangle
with a blue exclamation mark inside, and a mobile lying flat.
When i tried a software update my PC tells me that driver can't be found and Device Driver software was not successfully installed
can anyone tell me whats happened and how to fix it please
