Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "went dead"? For example was the phone not power in on, not charging, charging slow etc.

The phone is not charging, The battery symbol is not displaying on the screen,Also their is a Red LED Lamp on the phone this lamp is glowing but the phone is not charging. When i try to power on.it is not swithcing on.

So today i took all the three batteries and trying using them on another sony xeperia U phone. All the three batteries are not powering on in this mobile also. so i guess my sony experia U phone is destroying the batteries when the power is low. so what is the solution?

Given what you have described I would have to advise that both the phone and batteries are returned so that they may be assessed by an autorised repair agent.

My daughter has this one on contract with orange this is the second time its broke. If battery runs out of charge you cant charge back up. Ive complained and now it has to be sent off for repair AGAIN ee have been no help. Cannot get any joy from them hence why im venting on here. And had to pay 11 pound for a rubbish phone till i can get to tge store and sort it. Who want 60 pound to loan a phone whilst hers gets fixd. What a joke. At this moment in time will never use ee or sony ever again
