Hi.
My phone went blank after ending a call. It does not switch on/of. It does not respond to the charger or the pc
Do these phones have a reset button? Can u assit with this problem?

To do a hard reset press and hold volume up and power buttons untill you feel 3 vibrations 1 anfter the other not the 1st 1 you feel - You will feel 3 in a row shortly after,

Try to run a repair using SUS from here www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
As it doesn't require your phone to be started or booted up, It runs in flash mode
