Sony Experia M Charging issues

Hellow guys..i am depressed this 3-4 days my old charger became dead so i bought new one but my phone isnt charging ON only off and when is charging off is charging like 30% in 10 hours and then nothing....1:thing is that i didnt updated 6 months now the android because am bored 2:am thinking for virus that stop charging i dont know if it excist something like that 3rd: am thinking for a factory resete but i wanna be sure what to do please helppppp!!!!!!!!!

What kind of replacement charger do you have and have you checked your USB cable?

the charger that it is for xperia m and the usb and phones its ok it open the light that tells is charging..am believing for viruses and am about to do factory reset

try to use reinstall your software with sony pc companion and tell me if that problem is still exist your phone

If the charger you have brought dose not matches the same spec as that of your original one this could happen just check the spec n inform ous
