Sony Experia J Freezing when Wifi is turned on

When I turn on Wifi , after about 30 seconds the phone goes to black screen, the experia screen fades in and the screen does not respond, after about 30 seconds it unfreezes for about 30 seconds, and then refreezes. Just enough time to turn off the wifi. The message data is disabled pops up. I have done a factory reset, still happens, I have uninstalled all apps, still happens, i have enabled data, still happens. Then every so often the problem disappears, and reappears a few days later and lasts for an indeterminate time. any ideas?

Boot in safe mode,see if anything changes:

In Safe mode as well... and very random, can work for a few days without incident, and then freeze repeatedly, in the middle of phone calls etc. always throws up the message " data browsing is disabled" still freezing when i enable data browsing.

try software repair via SUS

make backup from internall storage if you want
