Hi Teo24, all you need to do is start Media Go on your computer, connect your phone via USB cable and wait a few minutes until your phone is recognised (you will then see "Phone" at the top left of your screen). You can then click on that so that you can see the phone and memory card drives.
If you haven't connected your phone to the PC before, the PC will ask to install the drivers for the phone, so just follow the instructions on the screen.
Also, make sure that the phone's default USB mode is set appropiately: Menu--Connectivity--USB--Set default mode--PC mode for Windows (or other).
