By the end of the year we expect the solution JB?
A lot of that at the moment is on the forum, but there is no exact answer. Please give as much as possible a full and clear answer on this question. thank you

Sony have worst devs cos of that I think is beter to bay phone from other manifactures or nexus phone
for people like me who has another year or so left on their contract, buying a new phone isn't shouldn't be an option. We shouldn't be punished because Sony has released half the alphabet in phones.
giving us JB would keep many of your existing customers happy!
...or unhappy? Why should I change my phone? Because Jelly Bean? No! I will, after 14 years, buy a phone from another company! Samsung S3 already has update JB.

Goodbye Sony!
What we don’t understand is that we already went through this heartache before when a Sony Mobile UK employee said that these devices wouldn’t get Android 4.1. However, Sony Mobile then came out with an official statement a few days later to say that this was an error and that they were “actively investigating Android OS upgrades for all devices”. It sounds like Sony had a pretty clear idea at that moment, but what that follow-up statement did was give people hope. Now Sony can expect a backlash all over again. Very odd decision making.

The latest release of CyanogenMod 10 (CM10), based on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, has been updated to include a fix for the camera. The FXP145 release from the FreeXperia team brings camera support for the first time and should mean that most can use this ROM for daily use. The camera will now work for all 2011 Xperia devices and for the Xperia acro S, Xperia ion and Xperia S. You can download it here.
There are a few compromises though, there is no 1080p video recording and only 5MP resolutions will work in the default camera application. There also seems to be an issue with Facebook crashing on some phones. However, patches are already available for the camera here and Facebook here. These will be rolled into the next FXP146 release. Seems like a great achievement by the FreeXperia team and brings a stable enough Jelly Bean ROM to those willing to try it.
