Sony Ericsson WT19i Android Walkman Phone keeps restarting

Hi, i recently bought a new Sony Ericsson WT19i Android Walkman phone from Dubai. I started using the phone in Bangalore, India sice last 5 days. The phone has been continuously restarting automatically when kept idle or shuts down while talking on the phone. Is viited a Sony Ericsson authorised service center to get this fixed. I came to know that the warranty is invalid in India & i will have to pay for the service. When i gave it for checking the issue, the service engineer returned saying it has been Purchased from Abroad, if the software is installed the network would get locked. He also mentioned that the software varies from country to country which was surprisng to hear. My provblem remains same & I pretty upset that my new phone is not working.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this please. Thanks-Prasanna.

my LWW is keeps restarting. after i turn my bluetooth on then suddenly may phone is automatically turned off. i cant use it because it keeps restarting.,what should i do?? i used another battery but it didnt work.,pls help me

My Wt19i is also restarting continously and i am not able to use it... in between it got started for 2 hours and i found out that bluetooth is on but it canot be turned off and it is not detecting any devide... then after 2 hours restarting problem against started and is continuously on rendering the phone useless....Sony Support Team pls. read these threads and respond to this issue....

Ii have the same problem since last 2 months. once i even repaired the phone using factory data reset. but just 2 days ago, i accidently switched on my bluetooth. and now the phone just doesnt start long enough for me to switch off the BT or do a factory settings / data reset. pls suggest some way to format the phone even if the phone is switched off. is there any procedure for it to format without switching on ???????????????
