sony ericsson txt ck13i meaning of RED LED light indication

Hi team,

Let me know what is the use of RED LED indication,its placed on near by the ear piece.In my handset its not working.

The red light is to advise that the handset is running low on battery, when the battery is low the red light should flash over a period of time. The red light will also be present when charging the handset when the handset is below a certain percentage, it will eventually turn orange when on charge.

Can you clarify that the LED is not working in any form of way?

I use this phone now, the Red LED Light is absolutely NOT FUNCTION..when the battery is low or charging, the Red LED Light are not flashing like you said..

In my phone whn switched on the red is blinking 3tym and also the phone is nt switching on
