I have 2 Sony MBW-150 watches and after significant use the OLEDs are fading, I've tried talking to customer support to find a fix but they say that SE don't cover it themselves, so the question is does anyone know of anyone in the UK that can replace the OLEDs? and also an approximate cost?
Many thanks
You should be able to send it to the local repair office, then they would forward directly to Fossil.
Can you PM me your contact phone number? I can have someone call you directly from our UK office to discuss in more detail (they may be able to talk to you more about price).
I am going away for 2 weeks starting tomorrow so will pm you on my return, thanks Jeff
I am having the same problem with my MBW-150 Music Edition watch.
I will PM you with my details, pease can you get someone from the UK service team to contact me about a possible repair?
Thanks.
Hi Jeff,
I'm another suffer of this problem with my MBW-150 - Is it ok if I PM my details, too?
mbw-150 work with motorola i1????
i too am having this trouble how do i pm you?
i really wouldnt bother to get it repaired
from my experience they dont repair them but they do an out of warranty replacement and on my last quote i had from SE they charge £90 for it
and last time i had one of these replacements it lasted 6 months before the same happened again
so i think that they are repaired or old watches
if you really want to stay with an SE watch (and to be honest i will never ever buy from them again as the MBW displays all fade and the Liveview just does not work and the support is not up to the standard that SE used to provide) then in the UK orange.co.uk sell them new for £100 and that will give you the 12 months warranty
I have the same issue, can someone please send me the details where I can get my mbw100 and mbw150 repaired, as the screen has gone on both of them.
