sony ericsson JALOU problem

okay so i have this problem with my JALOU, that whenever i recieve a call my phone turns off! whenevr i connect my phone to internet the pattery jumps from 87% to 16% .... like i dont know what is wrong with my phone? as far as i know it is not battery problem because it is new.. so is it the SOFTWARE which i need to refresh or some hardware problem? pkease let me know SONY ERICSOON because i dont wanna change this phone and as im new here id be happy if anyone helps me  out in it:)
