can i reinstall the operating system ? what do i need?or what should i do? it works entering into the menu only when i get a call . otherwise there are some keys like "C" or "end call" that won't work

You can reinstall the software via Update Service or PC Companion:

But if the "C" button does not work you will not be able to perform this repair since this is the button you need to use when performing a software repair.

thank you. i've managed to perform a general reset while i was getting a call, and then  i've upgraded the software. it seems it's working now, with all my keys, including  "c"  and "ok" keys. could this repair be only temporary?

Very hard for me to say if it's something temporary. But since a reset/update solved the problem, it doesn't sound like a hardware fault.
