Sony Ericsson Arc make back-up

I want to make a back-up of everything on my phone.

Is it possible to place everything from the phonecard on the computer?

And place it later back on the phonecard?

Xperia Arc does not have any standard function to perform a back up of the device. It might be possible with a third party backup application from Google Play.
