Sony e4 boot loop

Okay so my Sony Xperia e4 got run over and it had a smashed lcd and digitizer, so I got them replaced and the phone won't turn on. Any help?

You should send it back to your local Sony Xperia support to get it inspected, if you replaced the LCD and Digitizer, chances are that the motherboard was damaged as well.
