sony cperia z3 stuck in flight mode

hi my z3 is stuck in flight mode but in settings it says it isnt, i cant make any calls cause of this and i have tried resseting, repairing with companion, rebooting and also restarting PLEASE HELP ME

Have you rooted the phone? Flash it?
