I have an Xperia Arc S Lt18i phone and the past two weeks I cannot get access to my alarms and phone's clock in general.
Whenever I try to enter to the clock function, the phone gives me the message that the function has stopped working and returns to main phone screen. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Have you tried clearing the Clock data from within the applications section?
Menu > Applications > Manage Apps > All > Find Clock > try clear the data.
Once done reboot the handset and see if the issue continues.

Unfortunately this solution did not work either.
Any other suggestions before I force myself to hard reset my phone? I really want to avoid this option ...
There is nothing else I can think of unfortunately, you may need to perform a software repair to the device to resolve this issue.

I uploaded a video of my phone as it was recorded a few minutes ago.
I restored factory settings and lost all my data, but nothing changed.
I rooted the phone a few hours ago just to accept every help..
