soni xperia c voice problem

i have problem in calling. whenever i attand any call, voice from other side is clear but other side person on phone is unable to hear my voice. i checked all my mobile settings , resets all the data to resolve problem, but could't find solution. please seggest me solution..

1) Try if this happens on safe mode

2) Test your mic if it has any defects (try to record audio or send voice message through WhatsApp)

Safe mode is not working.when pressed power off button it gives shut down option not safe mode option. is there any option in settings for safe mode.
