Songs doesn't appear in playlist

It looks like I'm the only one who have this bug. 
Sometimes when I add a song to the walkman playlist, the song doesn't appear in the list actually. It's annoying and stupid. 

I don't think I'm misusing the phone. The only reason I expected Kitkat update for Z1 was minor bugs fixing. But not only bugs were not fixed, but this version presented me much more bugs instead.

Hello Dear,

Mine same issue was resolved by taking my phone to safe mode and restarting phone using power + volume up pressing.

Please reply have u checked.

It doesn't seem like a solution to me, since if it's a software bug, It will come back after restart. 

But I appreciate your help. 

I received this new Walkman update. I'll observe it for a few days and tell if I'm still noticing this issues.

If I notice again, I'll try restarting my phone again
