Sometimes touchscreen isn't working

Sometimes the touch isn't working fine and when i lock it and switch the screen on, it works normally

Can you run xperia diagnostics. Settings then about phone. Try to test if your display works as it should

Try to boot on #safemode and observe if the priblwm occurs

Also this happens when you have a thick screen protectors

Okay, it is not completely in non-working condition, SOMETIMES it doesn't respond correctly, majorly when the battery is charging(i use the adaptor that came with device) and is between 60% - 80%. Then i lock the device and unlock it, it works normal.
I also use screen protector came with box, but it isn't a problem

I usually dont use my device when charging. Unless really important.
Either ways follow some of the advises above to see it gets resolved
