Something Wrong?

I am using Sony Xperia S...As far i know it has 1gb ram but in my Phone it is showing 600 mb...Whats wrong???I saw other phone's with 1GB ram they have like 800-850mb....Why mine is low???

The hidden ram is used by OS ( Android System ( operating system ) )

Did you see other Xperia S with 800 Mb ram ?
