Something Wrong with PC Companion

Hiii Guys,

                      My  phone has 4.1.B.0.431 software version. here www.sonymobile.com/in/software/phones/xperia-mini/ i find that latest version is 4.1.B.0.587. but when i connect my phone with Sony PC Companion it's shows that my phone has already latest software.Why it's saying this thing. Here below i given all screen shots for reference.
