Something wrong with internal storage?

Okay, it shows that pictures and videos take up 500 something MB in the internal storage, even though there are none, next pic explains it,

You cannot move apps to sd,that is why the button is greyed out.Try settings-apps-all-media storage,clear data and force stop,to reset the media counter.

Uhm, i want to clear out the photos and videos, they are not apps so i should be able to transfer them. But there are no videos and pics when i check the internal storage manually, i wanna know whats causing the internal storage to show that 511 MB has been taken by pics and clips. All my photos and videos are in the SD card. Thanks for replying though.

You should try that option I have given you,if you wish.Just restart the phone after.

Do you have a file explorer on your phone?Maybe there are some files which are not included in the media.

Yes, i used ES File explorer to double check the storage for any files or media that i may have been missing out,

Are you willing to try a software repair in order to fix this?It will erase all your phone memory.

To be honest, this is not the first time. I have erased my phone's memory twice already, but the fix was temporary. After a while it came back to it's original size or larger. I have no reason to not try it again though, but i would just be costing my self more time as i know it won't work. i appreciate your help .

If you are so sure it does not work,do not repair.What have you used last time?PCC or SUS?
