I feel so bad for my phone by SONY XPERIA XP (F8132),I only used 5 months (16W23)and find mura in touch panel under white pattern.How to control your quality,SONY team member???Even I can get free replacement in your service center in Taiwan Taipei but nobody tell me WHAT THING HAPPEN?? I am your fan,I bought many SONY TVs and mobile phones in my house,how can you treat me that.....??

if you still have warranty and if this can be proven a manufacturers defect, I suggest to talk about this to your retailer and your local service Local support

I'm really sorry to hear about your Xperia X Performance. Slightly_frowning_Face

Do you mean that you are able to see a spot on the display with a white background showing? Is this also visible if you test the display in Diagnostics? This test is otherwise found under Settings > About phone > Diagostics > Test > Display. If it can be seen here as well my guess is that this is related to hardware rather than software. In that case I can only refer you to have your device sent for repairs at one of our authorized service centres, something that I recommend you contact your Local support about since warranty and service procedures vary on a local level.

I don't know what SONY's member doing??
After this phone back from your repair ceter,last night,I found 7 small bright dots on my phone under black pattern,further moer,1 white circle mura happen on near middle buttom side and much curtain mura on real botton side....it funny,due to my child that five years old can also look at it.

What are you doing ?? SONY SIR ??

I'm sorry to hear that. There is unfortunately not much I can do regarding this on my end as I am situated in another market than you are in. For further information about your case I can only refer you to your Local support.

Sony need to keep high quality for repair and production in your world wild not only Japan,if you neglect this rule,your will loose your strong fan by time.SONY JAPAN headquarter have this responsibility for all SONY fan.
