Cince I bought this mobile I'm passing a lot of anger, first of all I have tried to restore the PC COMPANION and the following problems remain:

2 Use of mobile data, even with this service disabled as reported also another topic: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-MM-dual/Issue-with-mobile-data/mp/739691/highlight/ true # M9416
3 Problems with the GPS, where it works, but loses signal and no returns or takes too long, which does not occur on other devices, as reported in this topic: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-MM dual / Xperia-M-GPS-issue / mp / 492091 / highlight / true # M2988
The point is, these problems happen with many users, and it is probably a software issue, however, SONY does nothing. I think the best solution would be to sell the phone and never buy sony again.
